The asking monthly rate which includes all utilities, maid and hot tub service is $2400. At $80.00 a night, it is better than a hotel, plus all the comforts of home.

Details about the Cabin

From the moment you drive up to Bear Lodge, you feel a sense of excitement! Perched at the top of a mountain, Bear Lodge has tremendous views of the Shenandoah Valley.

This property is located in off the Linden exit on Rt 66 West of D.C., near the historic town of Front Royal, Virginia. You can expect a 30 mile drive to the town of Luray or 5 miles to downtown Front Royal.

Bear Lodge is close to the Shenandoah River, Shenandoah National Park (Skyline Drive begins in Front Royal), Shenandoah Caverns, and much more.

Look out the large window to see the beautiful mountain views or the distant sparkling village lights at night.

On the upper deck, you’ll be able to swing in the wooden loveseat chair, sit in a rocker or dine outdoors at a table for 4. You’ll feel like you’re in a tree fort, as you are even with the treetops! If you are a nature lover, you may spot deer, fox, even a bear in the woods.

Whether you live in our Front Royal cabin in the Winter, the Fall, the Spring or the Summer, you will enjoy a different ambiance each season. Winter is fabulous for local snow skiing. Spring for canoeing, Summer for the fishing, horseback riding, and hiking, and in the Fall, the colorful foliage.

For your comfort, Bear Lodge is a no smoking, no pets rental.

Deer and black bear can be seen in the community and you may even spy turkey, geese, hawks, snakes (please do not feed or approach the wildlife).
